About Our Founder
Jessica Worley is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer certified by the Arizona Supreme Court with more than 21 years of experience in Arizona family law.
Jessica founded Affordable Family Law in 2014 after spending the previous 10 years working in Arizona family law firms—rising from receptionist to certified paralegal and ultimately firm administrator—Jessica developed a deep understanding of both the legal process and the challenges clients face when navigating the court system.
That experience made her passionate about providing high-quality legal document preparation services to individuals who either cannot afford or simply do not want to hire a divorce attorney.
Her goal is to make the document preparation process clear, organized, and as stress-free as possible so clients can move forward with confidence during what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives.
